WHO IS PLAN Z
Frank studied Film Production and Editing at The New York Film Academy in 2000. He began his career as a production assistant on many feature films and television programs shot in the New York City area.
Frank has shot and produced over 100 videos for web and television, and has shot over 150 fashion designer runway shows featuring designers and models from around the world.
Recently, the Music Video Frank directed for "I Won't Let You Down" by Kelly Levesque was awarded The Communicator Award of Distinction in three categories.
